Rob studied a Sports Science degree before undertaking his Pre Reg MSc in Physiotherapy, and subsequently, completed his post graduate Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice accredited by the MACP.  

 

Since graduating, Rob has worked in the field of MSK, initially as a senior physiotherapist, and since 2015 as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist since at Connect Health.

 

Rob has extensive experience in both Professional and Academy level Sport, predominantly Rugby Union and League, Community MSK services, and private practice, allowing for a rounded experience in acute and persistent MSK complaints.

 

He is a part of The Physio Matter Podcast team as lead researcher, Committee CPD officer of NEMS and Speaker/Coordinator for the MSK Educational Network. Rob has also held roles as IST co-ordinator, and Learning & Business Development Partner at Connect Health. 

 

Rob’s interests are varied and do not lend themselves to one particular speciality, but he aims to apply an evidence based, exercise approach to the management of most MSK conditions.
